I ship via USPS and UPS, and tracking numbers will always be sent when your order is mailed. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, feel free to reach out! Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Damaged Item?

Lost/Stolen Item?

As a small business owner, I reserve the right to deny a refund for missing packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you can't locate it, I have no control over the situation or the package’s whereabouts. Please contact your local USPS or UPS for more information on filing a claim for your missing item.
